Paula graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University. She also attended the Vickie Milazzo Institute, where she earned her credentials as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant.

In 2008, Paula started Paula Cares, LLC. Her company has flourished over the years. Paula Cares provides professional nursing services including planning, assessing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in various healthcare fields. Paula Cares collaborates with other healthcare entities to ensure safe and proper care is being achieved.

Paula is very passionate about her nursing career. She loves working with clients and their families. She promotes independence and advocates for her clients.

Paula Cares currently oversees numerous adult family homes as well as countless clients that stay in their own homes that need nurse delegation services. Paula ensures that caregivers with the proper credentials are trained, educated, and competent in doing nurse delegation tasks.

She continued with this passion right into 2021 where she then decided to start Paula Cares Academy. With the Academy now being open; Paula hopes to provide the community with newly trained, caring, and passionate Home Care Aide Nurses.
