Listed below are the Terms and Conditions so you will be able to test for the following courses:

Nurse Delegation, Diabetes, Continued Education (CE’s), Mental Health, Dementia and 75hr Basic Training.

The following courses are self-study courses: Nurse Delegation, Diabetes and Continued Education.

The following courses are taught by virtual learning: Mental Health and Dementia

***ALL CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN PERSON TRAINING WHEN GOV. INSLEE ALLOWS TRAINING CENTER TO REOPEN***

When registering for course(s) you must pay course fee in FULL.

 

1. Nurse Delegation: $111 (self-study)

2. Diabetes: $111 (self-study)

3. Mental Health: $222 (1 full day – 8 hrs.)

4. Dementia: $222 (1 full day – 8 hrs.)

5. 75 hr. Basic training: $555 (several days)

6. Continued Education (CE’s): 12 credits (self-study): $123

7. Continued Education (CE’s): 12 credits (in person): $208 per person

8. (Bundle) Nurse Delegation, Diabetes, Mental Health, Dementia, 75hr Basic Training: $888

9. (Bundle) Nurse Delegation, Diabetes, Mental Health, Dementia: $555

Self-Study courses: You will have 1 month from the date of registering to complete course (s); if not completed in one month you forfeit fee.

No refunds.

Before the Exam:

There is NO challenge exam for either ND Core Training or Diabetes Training. The student must take the self-study training before taking the exam.

Before taking the exam, the student must return his or her:

• Workbook or study sheets

• Practice exercises

• and Show Photo ID

All Exams are closed book and must answer in English.

Exam Scoring

• Core Training: Students must score 80% or higher on the final exam. Diabetes Training: Students must score 90% or higher on the final exam.

• Mental Health: Students must score 80% or higher on the final exam

• Dementia: Students must score 80% or higher on the final exam

• Continued Education (CE) students must score 80% or higher on the final exam

If you fail the exam:

Students who fail the first exam can be retested using the alternate exam. Students should be given some time (not to exceed one week) to restudy before taking the alternate exam.

If the student fails both the initial exam and the alternate exam, he or she must take the course again and pay the full course fee.

 

Training material booklets, DVD * lending, and return policy.

• Training material, books, DVDs, etc must be returned the day of the scheduled test.

• If not returned, students will not be allowed to test.

 

Cancellation and schedule change policy.

• If you cancel or are no-show in less than 24hrs of scheduled class you forfeit the fee for the course.

• You need to cancel or reschedule 7 days prior to the scheduled class.

Replacement certificate policy:

$5.00 for each certificate replacement
